Working Principle The board receives raw analog and digital signals from chamber sensors and actuators. It performs signal conditioning and electrical isolation, then transmits processed signal to main controller via rack bus. Installation Requirements Wear anti-static wristband and mat during handling. Power off entire rack before installing or removing the board.
