Working Principle The board collects analog signals from pressure, temperature and flow sensors inside process chamber. It converts analog signals into digital data and transmits data to the main controller. It receives control commands and triggers safety interlock once process parameters go beyond the preset safe range.
Installation Requirements Wear anti-static wristband and anti-static mat before handling. Power off the entire control rack before inserting or removing the board. Slide the board along the slot guide rail until edge connector fully mates with backplane. Tighten front panel mounting screw. Power on and execute system self-test program to verify all channels.
