Technical Specifications
Power supply: -24V DC. Output: 4-20mA two-wire. Range: 2mm (80 mils). Sensitivity: 7.874 V/mm (200 mV/mil). Frequency response: DC to 10kHz. Linearity: ±1% full scale. Operating temperature range: -30°C to +85°C.
Functional Features
Non-contact eddy current measurement principle provides wear-free operation. Built-in temperature compensation minimizes drift over temperature range. Reverse polarity protection prevents damage from wiring errors. Standard two-wire 4-20mA output integrates with all control systems. It provides optimum linearity with matched 3300 XL probes.

Application Scenarios
It is used for shaft radial vibration monitoring, axial thrust position measurement, differential expansion detection, shaft orbit analysis, and machinery protection on turbines, compressors, pumps and motors.
Material Composition
Housing: anodized aluminum alloy. Circuit: ceramic substrate with thick-film components. Connectors: gold-plated copper alloy. Potting: epoxy resin.
Structural Characteristics
It features cylindrical metal housing, 7-pin input connector, terminal block output connections, mounting clamp, and fully potted construction for environmental resistance.
Working Principle
It generates a high-frequency RF signal that is sent to the proximity probe. The probe radiates an electromagnetic field that is eddy-current loaded by the conductive target.
Installation Requirements
Mount on DIN rail or mounting bracket in a protected location. Connect probe extension cable to the input connector. Wire the two-wire 4-20mA output to the control system. Connect -24V DC power with correct polarity. Ensure reliable system grounding.
