Working Principle The module reads measurement data, alarm signals and module health information from rack backplane. Data is packaged into industrial Ethernet protocol and sent to upper monitoring system. It monitors network link continuously and reports network fault to rack system.
Installation Requirements Insert module into designated slot of 3500 rack and lock front panel. Confirm backplane connector fully contacts rack backplane. Connect industrial shielded Ethernet cable to front panel RJ45 port. Set static IP address, subnet mask and gateway via configuration software. Check network status indicators after power on.
