Working Principle The module reads real-time measurement and alarm data from rack interface module via rack backplane. It converts proprietary rack protocol into standard industrial communication protocol, then sends data to external DCS or SCADA system. It also monitors communication link status and reports communication failure.
Installation Requirements Insert module into designated slot of 3500 rack and lock front panel. Ensure backplane connector fully engages rack backplane. Connect communication cable to front panel interface according to protocol type. Set station address, baud rate or IP address in configuration software.
