Working Principle The module receives analog gap voltage signal from proximitor. Internal circuit samples and converts voltage signal into linear position value. Measured position is compared with preset alarm and trip limits. The module generates protection logic signal and uploads all position data and channel status to rack interface module.
Installation Requirements Insert module into assigned slot of 3500 rack and lock front panel. Confirm backplane connector fully contacts rack backplane. Connect proximitor output signal cable to front panel input terminals. Set probe linear range and protection threshold via configuration software.
