Working Principle
It carries the high-frequency RF excitation signal from the proximitor to the proximity probe, and returns the amplitude-modulated displacement signal back to the proximitor for demodulation. The controlled impedance and full shielding preserve signal integrity and accuracy through the cable run.
Installation Requirements
Align connector keyways before mating. Tighten coupling nuts to specified torque. Maintain minimum bend radius of 10× cable diameter. Route cable away from high-temperature exhaust areas. Ground the shield at the proximitor end only.
