Technical Specifications Data Interface: Ethernet Power Supply: Powered by rack backplane Operating Temperature: 0℃ ~ +60℃ Mounting: 3500 rack slot mounting Housing: Metal rack card casing

Functional Features Continuous high-speed acquisition of multi-channel dynamic vibration signals. Ethernet interface for transmitting waveform and orbit data. Automatic snapshot storage when protection alarm or trip happens. Compatible with Bently diagnostic software for spectrum and orbit analysis. Hot swappable for online maintenance. LED indicators for module and network link status.

Application Scenarios Dynamic vibration data capture for turbine and compressor fault diagnosis. Trip event waveform recording for power plant rotating machinery. Shaft orbit monitoring of petrochemical heavy rotating equipment. Abnormal vibration analysis and root cause investigation. Online diagnostic system for critical industrial rotating machines.

Structural Characteristics Standard rack card metal shielding housing. Internal high-speed buffer and network communication circuit. Backplane connector for power and data communication. Front panel Ethernet connector and LED status indicators. Front panel locking mechanism.

Working Principle The module continuously receives synchronized dynamic vibration samples from all measurement modules over rack backplane. The onboard buffer stores real-time waveform data. When alarm or trip event occurs, the module saves the pre-event and post-event snapshot and transmits data through Ethernet to external diagnostic workstation.

Installation Requirements Insert module into specified slot of 3500 rack and lock front panel. Ensure backplane connector fully engages rack backplane. Connect shielded industrial Ethernet cable to front port. Set network parameters and snapshot trigger rules via configuration software. Check network status after power on.

Usage Notes Maintain stable industrial network environment to avoid data packet loss. Regularly verify snapshot trigger function. Separate control network from public network. Inspect module indicators during routine inspection. Avoid heavy mechanical impact and over-temperature working environment.
