Product Brief Introduction Bently 350070-01-01 is upgraded transient data interface module for Bently 3500 machinery protection rack. It collects high-speed dynamic waveform, shaft orbit and vibration spectrum data from measurement modules, transfers transient event data to external diagnostic workstation for machinery fault analysis.

Working Principle The module obtains synchronous dynamic vibration data from each monitoring module via rack backplane. It buffers waveform and orbit data continuously. Once alarm or trip condition occurs, it saves snapshot data and sends the transient data through Ethernet to upper analysis software for machinery fault diagnosis.

Installation Requirements Insert module into designated slot of 3500 rack and lock front panel. Confirm backplane connector fully contacts rack backplane. Connect industrial Ethernet cable to front network port. Configure network address and communication parameters in configuration tool. Check network status indicators after power on.
