Working Principle Vibration signal from accelerometer is sent to module input terminals. Internal circuit conditions and samples the vibration signal, calculates vibration amplitude and frequency parameters. The module compares measured value with preset alarm and trip thresholds, generates alarm logic signal, and uploads all measurement data and status to rack interface module.
Installation Requirements Insert module into specified slot of 3500 rack and lock front panel. Ensure backplane connector fully contacts rack backplane. Connect accelerometer shielded signal cable to front input terminals. Set measurement unit, threshold and transducer parameters by configuration software. Check channel status indicators after power on.
