Technical Specifications Input Voltage: 85~264V AC Output Voltage: +5V, +15V, -15V DC Operating Temperature: 0℃ ~ +60℃ Mounting: Rack slot installation Housing: Metal shielding casing
Functional Features Wide range AC input to adapt different industrial power supply conditions. Multi-channel stable DC output for 3500 series monitoring modules. Built-in overvoltage, overcurrent and overheat protection function. Metal shielding housing to reduce electromagnetic interference. Hot swap design for online replacement without rack shutdown. Power status LED indicator for real-time running status viewing.
Application Scenarios Power supply for Bently 3500 series monitoring rack. Power source for turbine, compressor and generator machinery protection system. Power plant rotating equipment online monitoring rack power supply. Petrochemical critical machinery protection rack power module. Industrial heavy rotating machinery condition monitoring system power supply.
Structural Characteristics Metal shielded casing with standard rack card structure. Internal integrated rectifier, switching power circuit and protection circuit. Backplane connector for power output and signal communication. Front panel LED indicator and status interface. Standard rack card size for slot mounting.
Working Principle AC input power enters the module, after rectification and high frequency switching conversion, it is converted into multiple groups of stable DC voltage required by rack modules. The built-in protection circuit monitors output voltage, current and temperature in real time, and cuts off output automatically when abnormal condition occurs to protect downstream monitoring modules.
Installation Requirements Insert the module into designated slot of 3500 rack and lock the front panel. Confirm backplane connector fully engaged with rack backplane. Connect AC input power cable according to wiring specification. Ground module metal casing to protective ground. Check power indicator after power on.
Usage Notes Follow rack power configuration requirement when selecting power module. Do not exceed rated output load.
