Working Principle Pulse signal generated by speed probe is transmitted to module input terminals. Internal circuit shapes and counts pulse signals, converts pulse frequency into real-time rotating speed value. The module compares measured speed with preset overspeed threshold, generates alarm or trip logic signal, and uploads speed data and status information to rack interface module.
Installation Requirements Insert module into designated slot of 3500 rack and lock front panel. Ensure backplane connector fully engages with rack backplane. Connect shielded speed probe cable to front panel input terminals. Set tooth number, overspeed threshold and filter parameters through configuration software. Check channel status indicators after power on.
