Working Principle The module communicates with each monitoring module through rack backplane, collects real-time measurement data and module status. After data processing and logic judgment, measurement value and alarm information are uploaded to upper monitoring system via communication port. It also manages system relay alarm output and rack fault diagnosis.
Installation Requirements Insert module into specified slot of 3500 rack and lock front panel. Ensure backplane connector fully contacts rack backplane. Connect external communication cable to front panel communication port. Set rack address and communication parameters according to project requirement. Check status indicators after power on.
