Structural Characteristics Stainless steel threaded probe body, equipped with locking nut. High temperature PTFE insulated integrated cable. Hermetically sealed coil assembly inside probe tip. Precision microdot connector at cable end. Anti-loosening structure to resist equipment vibration.

Working Principle High-frequency excitation signal is transmitted from proximitor to the coil inside probe tip. Eddy current is induced on the surface of the metal rotor target. The coil impedance changes as the gap between probe and rotor varies.

Installation Requirements Mount the probe on the machine casing by threaded fitting.  Tighten lock nut firmly after gap setting to prevent displacement caused by machine vibration.
