Bently 330191-02-10-10-00 Proximity Probe

Product Brief Introduction Bently 330191-02-10-10-00 is Bently 3300 series reverse mounting eddy current proximity probe. It adopts special reverse thread structure, 11mm probe tip and 2m integral cable. It is used in limited installation space requiring reverse installation, for shaft vibration and axial displacement measurement of rotating machinery.

Structural Characteristics Stainless steel reverse threaded probe body with lock nut. High temperature PTFE insulated 2-meter integral cable. Hermetically sealed coil assembly inside probe tip. Microdot metal connector at cable terminal. Anti-vibration locking nut structure for reverse installation.

Working Principle High-frequency excitation signal is transmitted from proximitor to coil inside probe tip.Coil impedance changes along with gap variation between probe tip and rotor.

Installation Requirements Install probe through reverse threaded hole on equipment casing.  Tighten lock nut firmly after gap setting to prevent loosening caused by machine vibration. Arrange cable path with proper slack to avoid tension from thermal expansion.
