It is specially designed for high temperature measuring points of rotating machinery, with 18mm probe tip and 10m integral cable. It cooperates with proximitor to measure shaft vibration and axial displacement under high temperature environment.

Working Principle High-frequency excitation signal is transmitted from proximitor to coil inside probe tip. Eddy current is induced on metal rotor surface. Coil impedance changes along with gap variation between probe tip and rotor.

Installation Requirements Screw probe into threaded mounting hole of high-temperature equipment casing. Adjust static gap between probe tip and rotor target according to calibration requirement. Tighten lock nut firmly after gap setting to prevent loosening caused by machine vibration. Arrange cable path to avoid sharp bending, tension and extrusion.
