Product Brief Introduction Bently 330104-00-10-10-02-CN is a 3300 series eddy current proximity probe for Chinese market. Working Principle Proximitor outputs high-frequency alternating signal to probe coil. Alternating magnetic field generates eddy current on metal rotor surface. Coil impedance changes as the gap between probe tip and rotor changes. Impedance variation signal returns to proximitor and is converted into linear analog voltage to reflect real-time gap, vibration and displacement value of rotating shaft.

Installation Requirements Install probe into threaded hole on equipment casing. Adjust static gap between probe tip and rotor target according to calibration data. Lock nut tightly after gap adjustment to prevent loosening by machine vibration. Arrange cable with enough slack, avoid pulling force caused by thermal expansion.
