Working Principle High-frequency excitation signal is sent from proximitor to coil inside probe tip. Eddy current is induced on metal rotor surface. Coil impedance changes with gap variation between probe tip and rotor.
Installation Requirements Mount probe on equipment casing through threaded hole. Adjust static gap between probe tip and rotor target according to system calibration. Tighten lock nut after gap setting to prevent loosening caused by equipment vibration. Arrange cable route to avoid sharp bending and pulling force.
