Bently 230020-00 Vibration Monitoring Module

Product Brief Introduction Bently 2300/20-00 is a vibration monitoring module of Bently 2300 series online monitoring system. It receives signal from eddy current proximity probe, measures shaft vibration and axial displacement of rotating machinery. It provides analog output and relay alarm signal for small and medium rotating equipment protection.

Working Principle Eddy current probe signal enters the module. Internal circuit processes the signal and calculates peak-to-peak vibration amplitude or gap value. The measured value is compared with preset alarm threshold. When the value exceeds threshold, relay contact acts to trigger alarm or trip. Meanwhile, 4-20mA current signal is generated and sent to DCS system. Built-in diagnostic circuit monitors probe loop health.

Installation Requirements Install module on standard DIN rail in control cabinet. Connect matched Bently proximity probe and proximitor signal to input terminals. Set measurement range and alarm threshold through configuration. Use shielded coaxial cable for probe signal wiring. Separate signal cable from high voltage cable. Test alarm function after installation and configuration.
