Working Principle Sensor signal enters the module through screw terminals. The internal circuit processes and calculates vibration or speed value. The measured value is compared with preset alarm threshold. When exceeding threshold, relay contact changes state for alarm or interlock. 4-20mA signal can be output to DCS for remote monitoring, and diagnostic circuit detects sensor loop fault.
Installation Requirements Mount module on standard DIN rail in control cabinet. Connect sensor signal, power supply and relay wiring to corresponding terminals. Set alarm threshold and sensor parameters via front panel buttons. Use shielded cable for sensor signal wiring. Separate signal cable from high voltage power cable. Check alarm action function after configuration.
