Working Principle The internal piezoelectric element captures casing vibration and converts mechanical vibration into charge signal. The built-in circuit filters and calculates vibration velocity value, then converts measurement value into standard 4-20mA current signal. The current signal is transmitted through two-wire loop to DCS or PLC for reading, display and alarm setting.
Installation Requirements Install transmitter on flat rigid surface of bearing housing using mounting stud. Connect two-wire cable to 24V DC power supply and DCS analog input channel. Confirm loop load resistance matches transmitter specification. Route cable away from high voltage and high power equipment. Ground housing according to site grounding standard.
