Technical Specifications Housing Material: Cast aluminum alloy Surface Treatment: Anti-corrosion coating Mounting Method: Surface mounting with fixing holes Operating Temperature: -40℃ ~ +85℃ Protection Grade: Sealed structure for dust and moisture resistance Internal Space: Accommodate matched proximitor circuit board
Functional Features Aluminum alloy housing provides electromagnetic shielding for proximitor. Sealed structure reduces influence of dust, moisture and corrosive gas. Reserved wiring terminal space for power and signal wiring. Mounting holes for installation on cabinet or equipment bracket. Shock and vibration resistant structure for harsh industrial environment. Corrosion resistant surface treatment for long service life.
Application Scenarios Proximitor installation housing for Bently eddy current probe system. Shaft vibration and displacement measurement system for turbine and compressor. Field local installation of proximitor in petrochemical plant. Power plant rotating machinery monitoring system. Heavy industry rotating equipment non-contact measurement system.
Structural Characteristics Casting aluminum alloy box with cover plate and fixing screws. Internal mounting support for fixing proximitor circuit board. Cable gland for signal and power cable entry. Mounting lugs with holes on housing edge for fixed installation. Sealing gasket between housing and cover plate for dustproof and waterproof.
Working Principle The proximitor circuit board is fixed inside the aluminum housing. The metal housing forms a shielding cavity to isolate external electromagnetic interference. The sealing gasket and cable gland prevent dust and moisture from entering the cavity, protecting internal electronic circuit. Power and signal cables pass through cable gland and connect to internal terminals to complete signal transmission.
Installation Requirements Fix housing assembly on flat mounting surface with bolts. Install proximitor circuit board inside housing and fasten fixing screws. Thread signal and power cables through cable gland. Tighten cable gland to seal cable inlet. Ground aluminum housing to system protective ground. Check sealing condition after closing cover plate.
