Working Principle The module communicates with each monitoring module through rack backplane bus, collecting vibration, temperature, speed data and alarm events. Internal microprocessor converts the proprietary format data into standard serial protocol data, and transmits data to upper controller through serial port. It also receives configuration commands from upper computer and forwards commands to rack modules.
Installation Requirements Insert module into designated communication slot of Bently 3500 rack. Connect serial communication cable to front panel port. Set communication address, baud rate and protocol via Bently configuration software. Ensure rack grounding meets system specification. Follow safety operation procedure during hot swap replacement.
