Working Principle Pulse signal from magnetic speed probe or Keyphasor probe enters the terminal module. The built-in low-pass filter removes high-frequency electromagnetic noise. Surge protection components absorb abnormal high voltage transient pulse. Processed pulse signal is transmitted through connecting cable to speed module or Keyphasor module inside rack.
Installation Requirements Install module on standard DIN rail in control cabinet. Lock DIN rail clip to prevent sliding. Use shielded twisted pair cable for field probe wiring. Route signal cable separately from high voltage power cable. Tighten terminal screws with proper torque to avoid poor contact. Connect shield ground at single point according to wiring specification.
