Technical Specifications Channel: Multi signal isolation channels Isolation Voltage: 1500V AC Terminal: Screw clamping terminal block Operating Temperature: -40℃ ~ +70℃ Mounting: DIN rail mount Surge Protection: Built-in transient surge suppression Housing: Flame retardant plastic housing
Functional Features Galvanic isolation between field sensor side and rack module side. Built-in surge protection circuit to absorb transient high voltage. Centralized screw terminals for convenient field wiring. Suppress common mode noise for weak sensor signal. Flame retardant housing for control cabinet installation. Channel marking for easy wiring identification and maintenance.
Application Scenarios Isolation terminal unit for Bently proximity probe and accelerometer signals. Steam turbine and compressor machinery protection cabinet wiring. Power plant rotating equipment monitoring system. Petrochemical plant critical machinery condition monitoring cabinet. Field signal isolation for industrial vibration and displacement sensors.
Structural Characteristics Flame retardant plastic housing with DIN rail mounting clip. Screw terminal blocks arranged by signal channels. Internal isolation and surge protection circuit board. Channel number printed on front panel. Locking buckle for fixing on DIN rail.
Working Principle Field sensor signals enter the terminal assembly. Signals pass through isolation circuit to realize electrical separation between field side and rack side. Built-in surge components absorb abnormal high voltage transient pulse, preventing surge voltage from entering and damaging expensive monitoring modules in rack. The isolated signal is transmitted to rack monitoring module through connecting cable.
Installation Requirements Install assembly on standard DIN rail inside control cabinet. Lock DIN rail clip to prevent sliding. Use shielded twisted pair cable for field sensor wiring. Follow wiring diagram to match each signal channel. Tighten terminal screws with recommended torque to avoid poor contact. Connect protective ground wire to cabinet ground busbar.
