Working Principle Vibration signal from proximity probe or accelerometer enters the module. Hardware filter removes high frequency interference. Internal circuit calculates peak-to-peak vibration amplitude. Measured value is compared with preset warning and danger threshold. When vibration exceeds threshold, alarm or trip event will be generated and transmitted to relay module and rack system. Built-in diagnostic circuit monitors sensor loop health continuously.
Installation Requirements Insert module into corresponding slot of Bently 3500 rack. Connect proximity probe or accelerometer signal cable to front terminals. Set measurement unit, alarm threshold and sensor type by Bently software. Use shielded twisted pair cable for field signal wiring. Separate signal cable from high voltage power cable. Complete channel calibration after installation.
