Working Principle Keyphasor probe generates one pulse per full rotation of shaft. The module detects this pulse and takes it as the phase reference point. The reference pulse is transmitted to all vibration monitoring modules in rack. Combined with vibration waveform data, system calculates vibration phase angle, shaft orbit and order analysis information. Diagnostic circuit monitors the existence of reference pulse continuously.
Installation Requirements Install module into designated slot of Bently 3500 rack. Connect Keyphasor probe shielded cable to front signal terminals. Configure pulse trigger level through Bently configuration software. Adjust probe installation gap to get stable pulse signal.
