Working Principle The module communicates with each monitoring module through rack backplane bus, collecting real-time measurement data, channel status and alarm events. It converts internal proprietary data format into standard industrial communication protocol, then sends data to upper host or DCS via Ethernet. It also receives configuration command from upper computer and transmits command to rack modules.
Installation Requirements Insert module into designated communication slot of Bently 3500 rack. Connect Ethernet cable to front panel network port. Set IP address and communication parameters via Bently configuration software. Ensure rack grounding meets system specification. Module supports hot swap, follow safety procedure during replacement.
