Working Principle Ambient gas diffuses into sensor chamber and contacts sensing element. The element measures gas concentration and converts physical signal to electrical signal, transmits to gas controller and triggers alarm when concentration exceeds preset limit.
Installation Requirements Cut off power before installation. Choose installation position according to gas density. Secure module with mounting bracket. Connect field cable following wiring schematic. Power on and perform gas calibration and self-test.
Usage Notes Carry out regular gas calibration according to maintenance manual. Keep gas inlet free of dust, oil and viscous contaminants. Check housing seal and cable gland aging periodically.
