Working Principle Ambient gas enters through gas diffusion inlet and contacts sensing element. The sensor measures gas concentration and converts into electrical signal to the gas controller. Alarm signal will be sent out when gas concentration exceeds preset safety threshold.
Installation Requirements Disconnect power before installation. Select installation location according to gas density. Fix module by mounting bracket. Complete wiring according to official wiring drawing. Power on and carry out gas calibration and self-test.
Usage Notes Complete regular gas calibration as maintenance schedule. Keep gas inlet clean from dust, oil and sticky contaminants. Check housing seal and cable gland aging periodically.
