Technical Specifications InfiNet coaxial loop interface and 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port. Auxiliary power supply 24 V DC, typical power consumption 4.1 W‑5.5 W. Operating temperature ‑20 ℃ to +60 ℃, storage temperature ‑40 ℃ to +85 ℃, non‑condensing relative humidity 5%‑95%. Isolation voltage 1500 V AC between channel and back‑plane.

Functional Features Completes data exchange between InfiNet control bus and external Ethernet equipment. Supports Modbus TCP and proprietary InfiNet communication protocol. Front‑panel LED indicators display power, run, error and network activity status. Built‑in comprehensive hardware self‑diagnosis function. Supports redundant network automatic switching.

Application Scenarios Applied for power plant, chemical and petrochemical DCS system network coupling. Used for data uploading between Symphony Plus controller and upper monitoring system.

Performance Parameters InfiNet loop transmission rate reaches 2 Mbit/s, Ethernet auto‑negotiates 10/100 Mbit/s. Redundancy switching time is less than 10 ms.

Material Composition Multilayer glass‑fiber epoxy printed circuit board. Network processing chip, isolation transformer and signal conditioning components. Reinforced plastic module front panel housing. Screw‑type signal terminals.

Structural Characteristics Standard rack‑mount plug‑in module structure. Front panel is equipped with multi‑group LED status indicators and communication connectors. Rear side connects rack back‑plane bus. Module dimension 358 mm height, 272 mm width, 74 mm depth. Weight approximately 0.57 kilogramNexAuto Te…。

Working Principle After power‑on, module executes hardware self‑check and communication initialization. It receives process data from InfiNet coaxial loop, completes protocol conversion, and transmits data to external host system via Ethernet port. It also forwards downlink command from upper system to DCS control loop.

Installation Requirements Insert module into designated DCS rack slot and tighten locking screw. Connect 24 V DC auxiliary power supply. Complete InfiNet coaxial cable and Ethernet cable wiring strictly according to engineering specification.

Usage Notes Adopt anti‑static protection during handling. Follow system operation manual for hot‑swap execution.
