Technical Specifications Drive internal interface, external fieldbus communication port. Auxiliary power obtained from drive main unit. Operating temperature 0 ℃ to +60 ℃, storage temperature ‑40 ℃ to +85 ℃, non‑condensing relative humidity 5%‑95%.
Functional Features Realizes protocol conversion between drive internal interface and external fieldbus. Uploads drive operating status, fault code and parameter data to upper‑level controller. Receives start‑stop, speed setting and parameter modification commands from host system. On‑board LED indicators display module power‑on, bus link and fault status. Built‑in self‑diagnosis detects internal interface and external bus channel abnormality.
Application Scenarios Spare communication adapter for ABB frequency converter and drive unit. Applied in industrial drive equipment renovation and maintenance projects.
Performance Parameters Stable bidirectional fieldbus data transmission performance. Accurate protocol conversion processing capability. Reliable communication fault identification function.
Material Composition Flame‑retardant plastic module housing. Multilayer glass‑fiber epoxy printed circuit board. Protocol processing chip and signal conditioning assemblies. Internal plug‑in connector and external bus terminal.
Structural Characteristics Compact plug‑in adapter structure. One side connects to drive main unit, other side provides external fieldbus wiring terminals. Status LED indicators on module surface.
Working Principle After obtaining power from drive main unit, RCNA‑01 64751701 establishes connection with drive internal interface. It reads drive operation data, converts into fieldbus telegram and sends to upper controller. Control instructions received from bus are converted into internal format and transmitted to drive unit.
Installation Requirements Cut off drive main power and control power before replacement. Insert RCNA‑01 64751701 into designated adapter slot of drive control board and lock. Connect external fieldbus cable. Restore drive power supply, configure station address and communication parameters, verify data exchange between drive and upper‑level controller.
Usage Notes Communication parameters must match host system configuration. Hot‑plug under powered state is prohibited. Confirm bus link status is normal after commissioning.
