Working Principle The module receives 24 VDC power supply from S800 rack backplane bus. Digital control commands and HART communication instructions from AC800M controller transmit to AO815 module via backplane bus. 16‑bit D/A conversion chip converts digital set‑point values into analog 4‑20 mA current signals. HART modem superimposes bidirectional HART digital data onto analog current loops. Analog output signals drive field HART smart valve positioners and actuators through matched terminal unit.
