Working Principle
Boots application from Flash, scans I/O over S800 bus and fieldbus, executes control task cyclically, exchanges peer data over Ethernet, publishes to 800xA operator workplace, redundant pair mirrors memory over sync cable.
Installation Requirements
Insert into AC 800M rack CPU slot, connect SD832 or SD833 24 V DC redundant supply, bond ground, set node address before start, connect Ethernet to 800xA connect.
Usage Notes
PM864AK1 not pin-compatible with non-AK1 PM8xx without rack check. Redundant pair must match firmware and license key. Do not mix with PM865 or PM866 in same redundant pair.
