Working Principle
Field 0 to 10 V applied to input, precision ADC converts to digital, module tags value with channel status, publishes to S800 bus mapped to AC 800M memory, auto-calibration compensates zero and span versus temperature.
Installation Requirements
Insert into S800 I/O rack with correct terminal base, shield field cables to cabinet ground, separate from power wiring, keep bus terminator installed.
Usage Notes
Voltage-only variant, for 4 to 20 mA use 250 ohm shunt or AI current module. Do not exceed 10 V DC per channel. Verify True C1 accuracy class in Control Builder channel configuration.
