Working Principle
Temperature change deflects bimetal strip or shifts electronic comparator output, mechanically or electronically actuates the relay contact, switching the connected load on or off.

Usage Notes
Set hysteresis correctly to avoid contact chatter. Not for direct switching of high-current heaters without interposing contactor.
