Working Principle
Runs industrial Windows, loads 800xA operator client or third-party HMI runtime from SSD, communicates with AC 800M or PLC over Ethernet Modbus TCP or OPC UA, renders process graphics on LCD and returns operator commands over the same network.
Installation Requirements
Panel cut-out with IP65 gasket, rear clamps to secure chassis, isolated 24 V DC supply with overcurrent protection, keep LCD out of direct sunlight, leave clearance behind panel for cable bend radius and heat convection.
Usage Notes
Calibrate resistive touch periodically. SSD has finite write cycles, avoid constant full-rate logging to local disk. Do not feed via PoE. Use isolated 24 V DC, not 24 V AC.
