Installation and Usage Notes
Mount on a 35 mm DIN rail or directly via screws in a control cabinet. Connect the 24 V DC supply to the designated terminals observing polarity. Wire digital inputs observing the group isolation boundaries (ZP0, ZP1, ZP2). Connect analog signals with shielded cables, grounding the shield at the cabinet side. Configure I/O mapping, communication parameters, and high-speed counter modes in ABB Control Builder. Insert optional communication modules into the dedicated expansion slots as required.
