Working Principle
It receives pulse signals from field sensors, conditions and shapes the signals through input circuits, counts pulses and calculates frequency/rate values through dedicated high-speed counter circuits, and transmits measurement and totalization data to the Ovation controller via the system backplane for flow and motion control.
Installation Requirements
Install in any available Ovation chassis I/O slot. Use shielded twisted pair cables for high-frequency pulse signals. Ground cable shields at one end only. Configure operating mode and input type via system software. Ensure reliable system grounding.
