Technical Specifications
Rated power: 2.2kW. Input voltage: 380V to 480V AC 3-phase. Output current: 5A. Output frequency: 0Hz to 400Hz. Control modes: V/Hz, sensorless vector, vector with encoder, torque control. Communication: EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP. Operating temperature range: 0°C to +50°C. Protection rating: IP20.
Functional Features
Sensorless vector control delivers high torque at low speeds. Integrated position control capability eliminates separate motion controllers. Built-in PLC logic and PID regulators reduce external controller requirements. Multiple standard communication protocols support system integration. Comprehensive protective functions safeguard motor and drive.

Application Scenarios
It is used for pump control, fan speed regulation, conveyor systems, mixer drives, machine tool spindles, extruders and process control applications in manufacturing, water treatment and HVAC industries.
Performance Parameters
Speed regulation: ±0.01% with encoder. Torque response: <10ms vector mode. Speed range: 1:1000 vector. Efficiency: 97% typical. Operating temperature range: 0°C to +50°C.
Material Composition
Chassis: powder-coated steel sheet. Power section: IGBT modules. Heat sink: extruded aluminum. Control board: FR-4 PCB with industrial components. Terminals: tin-plated copper alloy.
Structural Characteristics
It features book-style chassis, front panel keypad and display, terminal block input/output connections, option card slots, and integrated cooling fan.
Working Principle
It rectifies 3-phase AC input to DC, then inverts to variable-voltage variable-frequency AC output via IGBT power stage. Vector control algorithm models motor magnetic flux and torque for precise independent control of both quantities. The embedded controller handles logic, protection and communication.
Installation Requirements
Mount on wall or inside cabinet with specified clearances. Use appropriately sized copper wire for input and output. Connect protective earth ground reliably. Ensure adequate ventilation space top and bottom. Connect communication cable to built-in Ethernet port.
