Structural Characteristics Standard Series 90‑70 plug‑in rack module Front‑panel LED indicators for power good and fault Heavy‑duty AC input terminal block Backplane gold‑finger bus contact Internal high‑power switching power conversion circuit Mechanical locking latch
Working Principle External AC power feeds into module input terminals. Internal high‑power switching circuit implements AC‑DC isolation and voltage‑stabilizing processing. High‑current stabilized 5VDC power is supplied to Series 90‑70 chassis backplane for all plug‑in modules. Multi‑protection mechanism activates and cuts off output under overload, short‑circuit or over‑temperature fault.
Installation Requirements Insert module into dedicated high‑power power slot of Series 90‑70 chassis. Complete cabinet protective grounding. Verify input AC voltage matches on‑site power grid. Calculate total power consumption of rack modules and cannot exceed 100W rated power. Disconnect AC input power before module replacement. Ensure cabinet ventilation and heat dissipation.
Usage Notes Total rack load power shall not surpass 100W rating. Adopt proper cross‑section wiring for AC input loop. Observe LED status during routine maintenance. Forbid on‑site disassembly of internal power hardware. Prevent corrosive gas and liquid splash.
