Functional Features H‑variant hardware, wide‑range AC input, over‑voltage, over‑current, short‑circuit and over‑temperature multi‑protection, front‑panel power‑fault LED status indication, stable backplane power output for Series 90‑70 chassis.
Application Scenarios Series 90‑70 main rack power feeding, legacy industrial control cabinet, spare replacement for H‑configured power unit.
Performance Parameters High‑efficiency AC‑DC power conversion Instant fault protection response Shock & vibration:Comply with IEC 60068
Structural Characteristics Standard Series 90‑70 plug‑in rack module Front‑panel LED indicators for power good and fault AC input wiring terminal block Backplane gold‑finger bus contact Internal H‑variant switching power conversion circuit Mechanical locking latch
Working Principle External AC power connects to module input terminals. Internal switching circuit completes AC‑DC conversion and voltage stabilization. Regulated 5VDC power is delivered to Series 90‑70 chassis backplane for CPU, I/O and communication modules. Built‑in protection circuit cuts off output automatically under overload, short‑circuit or over‑temperature abnormal conditions.
Installation Requirements Install module into dedicated power slot of Series 90‑70 chassis. Complete cabinet protective grounding. Confirm input AC voltage matches site power grid. Sum total power consumption of rack modules and shall not exceed 55W rated power. Cut off AC input power before module replacement. Keep cabinet ventilation heat‑dissipation channel unobstructed.
Usage Notes Do not exceed maximum rated output power. Inspect AC input power stability regularly. Judge power running status via front‑panel LED. On‑site disassembly of internal power circuit is prohibited. Avoid corrosive gas and liquid splash.
