Application Scenarios Series 90‑70 process control system, valve position regulation, frequency converter analog set‑point output, field actuator analog control.

Performance Parameters High‑precision D/A conversion Channel individual fault detection Shock & vibration:Comply with IEC 60068

Structural Characteristics Standard Series 90‑70 plug‑in rack module Front‑panel per‑channel LED status indicators Field signal wiring terminal block Backplane gold‑finger bus contact Internal multi‑channel D/A conversion and isolation circuit Mechanical locking latch

Working Principle Series 90‑70 CPU sends digital output values to IC697ALG320 through backplane bus. Internal D/A chip converts digital data into corresponding analog voltage or current signal. Isolation circuit separates field analog loop and PLC internal backplane circuit. Each channel outputs analog signal to field actuator, module detects channel fault condition and reports to CPU.

Installation Requirements Insert module into free slot of Series 90‑70 chassis. Complete cabinet protective grounding. Use shielded twisted‑pair cables for field analog signal wiring. Keep analog cables far away from high‑voltage power cables. Power‑off rack before module replacement. Guarantee cabinet heat‑dissipation ventilation.

Usage Notes Configure channel signal type via programming software. Do not exceed rated load impedance of analog channels. Check channel LED status during fault troubleshooting. Forbid on‑site disassembly. Prevent corrosive gas and liquid splash.
