Technical Specifications Input Voltage:24VDC nominal, range 18‑30VDC Output Power:140W Backplane Output:5VDC Maximum Backplane Output Current:28A Isolation Voltage:1500V RMS Operating Temperature:0℃~+60℃ Storage Temperature:-40℃~+85℃ Relative Humidity:5%‑95%, non‑condensing Certifications:CE, UL, cUL

Functional Features High‑power DC‑DC conversion, A‑revision hardware, wide DC input range, comprehensive over‑voltage, over‑current, short‑circuit and thermal protection, power‑fault LED status indication, high‑current backplane power delivery.

Application Scenarios Heavy‑load RX3i main rack with dense I/O modules, large‑scale automation control cabinet, DC‑powered process control system.

Performance Parameters High‑efficiency high‑power DC‑DC conversion Precise overload detection function Shock & vibration:Comply with IEC 60068

Structural Characteristics Standard RX3i plug‑in rack module Front‑panel multi‑LED indicators for power and fault condition Heavy‑duty DC input terminal block Backplane gold‑finger bus contact Internal high‑power A‑revision DC‑DC power circuit Mechanical locking latch

Working Principle External 24VDC power is connected to module input terminals. Internal high‑power DC‑DC circuit completes isolation and voltage stabilization, outputs 5VDC high‑current power to RX3i chassis backplane, supplies power for all installed modules. Multi‑protection mechanism cuts off output automatically under overload, short‑circuit or over‑temperature faults.

Installation Requirements Insert module into dedicated high‑power power slot of RX3i chassis. Complete reliable cabinet protective grounding. Strictly prevent DC input reverse polarity. Calculate total power consumption of all rack modules and cannot exceed 140W rated power. Disconnect DC input power before module replacement. Keep cabinet ventilation channels unobstructed for heat dissipation.

Usage Notes Total rack load must not exceed rated 140W output capacity. Use adequate cross‑section power wiring for DC input loop. Monitor LED status for power system diagnosis. Forbid on‑site disassembly of internal power hardware. Avoid corrosive gas and liquid splash.
