Working Principle 24VDC external power source connects to module input terminals. Internal DC‑DC circuit completes voltage regulation and isolation, generates 5VDC power for chassis backplane to feed CPU, I/O and communication modules. Built‑in protection circuit cuts off output upon overload, short‑circuit or over‑temperature fault.
Installation Requirements Insert module into dedicated power slot of RX3i chassis. Implement reliable cabinet protective grounding. Verify input DC voltage stays within 18‑30VDC working range. Sum total power consumption of rack modules and cannot exceed 40W rated output. Disconnect DC input power before module replacement. Guarantee cabinet ventilation and heat dissipation.
