Performance Parameters High efficiency power conversion Fast over‑current shutdown response Shock & vibration:Comply with IEC 60068
Structural Characteristics Standard RX3i plug‑in rack module Front‑panel multi‑color LED indicators for power good and fault status AC input terminal block Backplane gold‑finger bus contact Internal switching power conversion circuit Mechanical locking latch
Working Principle External AC power feeds into module input terminal. Internal switching circuit completes AC‑DC conversion and voltage stabilization. Regulated 5VDC power is delivered to chassis backplane through gold‑finger contact, providing operating power for all plug‑in modules on the rack. Built‑in protection circuit cuts off output automatically when overload, short‑circuit or over‑temperature condition occurs.
Installation Requirements Insert module into dedicated power slot of RX3i chassis. Complete reliable protective grounding for control cabinet. Match input AC voltage with actual site power supply. Calculate total power consumption of all modules on rack and shall not exceed 40W rated output. Cut off AC input power before module replacement. Keep cabinet ventilation and heat dissipation channel unobstructed.
Usage Notes Do not exceed maximum rated output power. Avoid unstable and fluctuating AC input power source. Check LED indicator status during routine inspection. On‑site disassembly of internal power circuit is prohibited. Prevent dust accumulation, corrosive gas and liquid splash.
