Technical Specifications
Input voltage support is 115-230 VAC or 125 VDC. Current inputs are from current transformers (CTs). Voltage inputs are from potential transformers (PTs). Supported systems include single-phase and three-phase power configurations. Data update rate is approximately twice per second. Communication is via Genius protocol to host PLC or computer.
Functional Features
Data processing digitizes input waveforms and performs complex mathematical and logical operations. Diagnostic capabilities detect overcurrent transients and store sampling values per input point. LED indicators display module and I/O bus status. Flexible input configuration supports various CT and PT ratios.
Application Scenarios
Electrical power monitoring in industrial plants, utility substation automation, energy management systems, load profiling, and power quality monitoring in facilities requiring detailed electrical parameter measurement.
Performance Parameters
Updates calculated data to the host approximately twice per second. High accuracy meets industrial metering standards for billing and process optimization.

Material Composition
Industrial housing with precision analog front-end for CT/PT inputs, digital signal processor, Genius communication circuitry, and LED status indicators.
Structural Characteristics
Module designed for integration with PowerTRAC base units. Front panel with LED indicators for status monitoring. Terminal connections for CT, PT, and power supply inputs.
Working Principle
The module accepts analog signals from CTs and PTs, digitizes the waveform data, and performs real-time calculations of power parameters. Results are transmitted to the host system via the Genius network approximately twice per second for monitoring, logging, and control purposes.
Installation Requirements
Install in compatible PowerTRAC base unit. Connect current transformers to CT inputs and potential transformers to PT inputs. Apply 115-230 VAC or 125 VDC power per the system configuration. Configure CT and PT ratios through programming software.
Usage Precautions
Ensure proper grounding of the module and transducers. Do not exceed maximum input voltage or current ratings. Maintain calibration schedule for measurement accuracy.
