Maximum output current is 1.5 A total. Holdup time is 10 ms. Dimensions are approximately 133.4 x 39 mm. Weight is 0.11 kg.
Functional Features
Dual voltage output provides 5 VDC and 3.3 VDC from a single 24 VDC input. Compact design fits VersaMax racks with minimal footprint. High efficiency exceeds 85% typical. Reverse polarity protection prevents damage from incorrect wiring.
Application Scenarios
Industrial automation racks requiring regulated DC supply, compact PLC installations in manufacturing, utilities, process control, and distributed I/O stations powered from 24 VDC sources.
Performance Parameters
1.5 A maximum output current supports multiple backplane modules. 10 ms holdup time maintains stable operation during brief power interruptions. Less than 50 mV peak-to-peak ripple noise ensures clean power delivery.
Material Composition
Industrial-grade electronic assembly with protected power conversion circuitry and thermal management components.

Structural Characteristics
Compact slim-line form factor for single-slot mounting. DIN rail or carrier installation compatible. LED indicators for power status.
Working Principle
The module receives 24 VDC field power and converts it to regulated 5 VDC and 3.3 VDC through internal switching power supply circuitry. These voltages are distributed to the VersaMax backplane for CPU, NIU, and I/O module operation.
Installation Requirements
Mount on VersaMax CPU carrier, NIU, or power supply booster carrier. Connect 24 VDC input to designated terminals. Verify input voltage is within 18-30 VDC range before energizing.
Usage Precautions
Verify revision G compatibility with system firmware. Do not exceed 1.5 A total output current. Ensure adequate ventilation around the module. Use properly sized input wiring to handle inrush current.
