Technical Specifications
Output channels are 16 independent relay outputs with Form A normally open contacts. Output voltage range is 0-125 VDC and 0-265 VAC at 47-63 Hz. Maximum resistive load is 2 A per point for AC or low-voltage DC, and 0.2 A for 31-125 VDC. Minimum load is 10 mA. Response time is 10 ms ON and 10 ms OFF. Backplane consumption is up to 490 mA at 5 VDC. Dimensions are 110 mm x 66.8 mm x 50 mm. Weight is approximately 1.12 lbs.
Functional Features
Individual channel isolation provides flexible load switching without shared channel dependencies. Silver-alloy contact material improves wear resistance. LED indicators display output status. Revision K incorporates updated internal components for enhanced long-term reliability.

Application Scenarios
Motor starter control, contactor driving, solenoid switching, indicator lamp control, AC and DC load switching, and applications requiring galvanic isolation between outputs in legacy system maintenance and new installations.
Performance Parameters
2 A per point handles substantial resistive loads. 10 ms response time suits moderate-speed switching. 1500 VAC logic-to-frame isolation ensures safety. Relay contact life varies with load type and switching frequency.
Material Composition
Industrial housing with electromechanical relays, silver-alloy contacts, and protective enclosure manufactured to updated revision K material standards.
Structural Characteristics
16 independent Form A relays in a compact single-slot form factor. DIN rail-mounted VersaMax rack compatibility. LED array for individual point status visibility.
Working Principle
Output data from the CPU energizes relay coils via the backplane power. Relay contacts close to connect field power to the load. Complete isolation exists between field circuits, backplane logic, and frame ground.
Installation Requirements
Connect load power to appropriate relay contacts. Use external snubbers or fuses for inductive loads.
