Technical Specifications
Number of channels: 32. Input range: ±10V DC. Resolution: 16-bit. Accuracy: ±0.1% full scale. Scan speed: 100ms. Isolation: channel-to-channel and channel-to-bus. Backplane power: 5V DC. Operating temperature range: 0°C to +60°C.
Functional Features
Thirty-two high-density channels maximize I/O per slot. Channel-to-channel isolation prevents ground loop interference. Built-in open-circuit detection and diagnostics. Configurable input filtering. Hot-swap capability allows online replacement.
Application Scenarios
It is used for analog voltage signal acquisition in process control systems, DCS I/O subsystems, test and measurement systems and industrial data acquisition applications.

Performance Parameters
Accuracy: ±0.1% full scale @ 25°C. Conversion time: 100ms. Common mode rejection ratio: 120dB @ 50/60Hz. Temperature drift: ±25ppm/°C. Operating temperature range: 0°C to +60°C.
Material Composition
Front panel: flame-retardant PBT plastic. PCB: FR-4 glass epoxy. Connectors: gold-plated copper alloy. Analog circuits: precision low-drift components.
Structural Characteristics
It features standard DCS card form factor, front panel status indicators, rear backplane connector, card guide rails and ejection lever.
Working Principle
It conditions and filters input voltage signals, multiplexes them through a precision analog-to-digital converter, and transmits the resulting digital values to the DCS controller via the system backplane for control, display and historization.
Installation Requirements
Install in any available I/O slot of CENTUM chassis. Ensure card is fully seated and secured. Use shielded twisted pair cables for field wiring. Ground shields at system side only. Configure channel ranges via engineering station.
